A resume company with certified writers and considerably high prices. I ordered resume writing; the process was quite long. To be honest, I expected something more for that price – but got a simple well-written resume. Moreover, the communication with the company is very slow.
I’ve been working for the same company for over 10 years and built my career there, so when I finally decided to change the company, I didn’t have a resume at all. As they say, you should have an excellent resume if you apply for top management positions; probably that was the main reason why I addressed this company. This is the website designed in yellow and blue and promising to have resume professionals on board.

Price policy

Though the website has a number of samples, information about their leading writer and the process, they didn’t take care of placing the exact quotes on the website. I only saw that a resume would cost me from $750 to $1450. Prices for administrative positions are cheaper, however: $300 to $750. Nevertheless, they were pretty expensive and I hoped that it would worth it.

The process

They recommended to start with resume review; but as I didn’t have any resume, I simply emailed them informing about my current and past positions. They replied with a quote; and as soon as I paid, I got a pre-consultation worksheet to fill in. I outlined my career details and listed my expectations regarding the CFO position I was going to apply for. After that, we had a brief consultation; the writer asked me some questions which were not included in the questionnaire. Not sure if it was the same writer whose profile is available on the site, by the way.

Quality of support and writing

They have a vivid and detailed description of the services and writer’s qualifications. However, I was very disappointed to discover that they didn’t even have a chat or phone number for an immediate contact – only the email.

Conclusion

Everything was written briefly and in a professional manner. I had any remarks regarding my resume and soon received the final version. However, to be honest, I expected something more for that price – but got a simple well-written resume. The time will show how it works for me, but I’d recommend you to search for cheaper services before buying a resume here.
